Shipment and Delivery.

For now, we only ship within Norway. Soon, we will open for international delivery.
Shipping costs apply. For Norway: 135 kr.

Free shipping when ordering two posters or more.

If you live outside of Norway and would like to order posters, please contact us and we will see what we can do.

All posters are carefully wrapped in protective paper and shipped in a solid cardboard tube.

We print Journey Posters on high quality paper in small, curated batches to ensure quality, reduce waste, and make each print special and affordable. When you order, you join the next print run — please allow 1–2 weeks for printing. 

Estimated shipping time within Norway: 2-3 days from dispatch.

Damages.

If your product has been damaged during shipping, please contact your local post service immediately and follow their instructions for returning the damaged product and receiving a refund.

Also, let us know right away and include a photo of the damage – we´ll help you sort it out.

If the damage occurred during shipping, it's the buyer's responsibility to follow the postal service’s refund procedure and return the package.

Once confirmed, we’ll send you a new product.

Right of Withdrawal & Return policy.

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Simply send an email through the contact form with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.

We’ll refund your payment as soon as we receive the returned item.
The buyer will need to pay for the return postage. If it's returned because of damage see the Damages section above.

Frames.

All posters are sold without frames.
A good-quality frame will make your Journey Poster stand out beautifully.
If you prefer a 100% wooden frame we warmly recommend Desenio – Posterstore or Clas Ohlson. These are the frames we use.

Poster size. 

For now, we offer Journey Posters in 50x70 cm – the perfect size to let the artwork shine. Bold enough to make a statement, yet timeless and easy to place in any home.

Paper quality.

The posters are printed on high quality paper 240 gsm. The uncoated, matte texture gives them a gallery-like feel.

Copyright.

All prints and other products in this shop are copyrighted by Tone Dalhaug and Liv til Ord. They are not allowed to be printed or copied or used in any other way. They are protected under the Norwegian Copyright law (Åndsverkloven.)
